Danielle Van Vlack

As a Design and Build Coach, Danielle Van Vlack is passionate about helping organizations serve their community by sharing the love of Jesus through education, as well as seeing children learn and succeed within their unique gifts and needs.  She has over sixteen years of experience in roles within education including coaching, school administration, growth, strategy, and development, program and project management, teaching and training, curriculum development, and instructional design. Her experience includes:

- Founding Director of a startup PreK-8th grade Christian academy, managing all aspects of operations, enrollment, staff training, curriculum implementation, and marketing. 

-. Program Manager and Data Coach for one of the largest adult education programs in the DC Metro region serving adults through dropout prevention, workforce development and diploma and GED completion. She managed logistical operations, led professional developments centered around data analysis and data driven instruction, created strategic partnerships with other local non-profits, provided consultation on budget and grant management,and developed individual success plans for students utilizing adult learning theory.

-Director of Education for a private supplemental education center responsible for hiring, training and evaluating teachers, implementing individual learning programs, leading sales meetings, crafting proposals, leading professional development workshops and trainings, and leading community-wide marketing efforts and events. 

-Classroom Teacher for multiple elementary grades and content including ESL and students with special needs.

Education: 

Masters of Education in Art Integration in Education, and Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Southeastern University.

Danielle and her husband Kyle live in Virginia near the DC Metro region with their three children, Caleb, Micah, and Brielle.  She actively serves at her church, enjoys being outside and all things sports with her family, and exploring new places and experiences together.
